COLLABORATION

We work with all departmental teams to interpret and understand client briefs and requirements. We listen, consult and are not afraid to challenge. We are agile in how we work, making sure the right people, with the right skills are involved in tasks, whilst providing opportunities to learn. We always listen to our colleagues, taking on board the recommendations and experiences they provide. We respond promptly to requests for input from all teams and provide insight and opinion as part of our day-to-day culture. We believe that more heads are better than one and encourage group brainstorming, idea generation and continually explore new ways of thinking.

CREATIVITY

We ‘wow’ our clients through the recommendation and development of creative strategies, concepts, copy, design and motion that create impact and deliver on objectives. We are bold in our creative executions, pushing boundaries, adding value in everything we do, whilst remaining current with industry trends and building our own. We develop the best creative recommendations that are aligned with our client’s project requirements, brand and wider business objectives. We always rationalise our ideas and are clear and proactive in communicating this to internal teams and clients. We are never precious of the creative process and work on the principle of ‘no idea is a bad idea’.

QUALITY

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We use our QA framework as a vehicle to ensure all our output is of the highest standard. Attention to detail is our mantra and we ensure all relevant checks and processes are implemented in a timely and eff ective manner. We utilise all resources and knowledge at our disposal to ensure projects are delivered on our right-fi rst-time KPI. We present our ideas and recommendations in a professional and client friendly manner and positively accept and learn from diff erences of opinion and creative appreciation. We are all individually responsible for our quality and take accountability in all that we do.

Effective communicators

We are proactive, transparent and open in all our communications; face-to-face, virtual and within Radar – providing timely project updates, information requests, expectation setting and the provision of accurate delivery forecasts and timings.

Resource efficient

We deliver and support all studio disciplines and provide regular updates on project schedules, associated costs and expenditure. We highlight capacity and efficiency bottlenecks and provide timely resources via our agile and skilled external resource pool whenever needed. We deliver accurate time tracking and departmental operational reports to ensure wider business understanding of our output, efficiency and quality.

The extra mile

We never sit back; providing alternative options when possible, challenging process to drive effi ciency and quality, learning and sharing new ways of working. We propose, encourage and participate in wider business and employee initiatives. We look to inspire the people around us and support and drive change where and whenever required.
